Our disability action plan, rolled out across all our laboratory groups, includes :

• the systematic presence of a disability referent, whose mission is to act as an information relay and privileged point of contact for employees and managers on this subject. They are part of an internal network led by our disability officer, and receive tools and training to support them in their mission.
• monthly disability awareness sessions open to all laboratory employees and managers.
• the participation of our laboratories in DuoDay during the European Week for the Employment of People with Disabilities (SEEPH), and the creation of our own internal event, OpenDay, to offer this discovery of our professions at several times during the year.

In addition, our HR teams and all those involved in the recruitment process are trained in non-discrimination in hiring.

Given the nature of our business, our laboratories employ a large majority of women, regardless of hierarchical level. Our laboratories naturally attach great importance to the theme of professional equality.

The results of the professional equality indexes obtained encourage us to pursue our efforts in terms of gender diversity and pay equity, based on a constant non-discriminatory policy.

Within the Eurofins Medical Biology network, women make up a large majority of the workforce (almost 90%), in line with the type of positions (nurse, medical secretary, laboratory technician) for which the vast majority of people trained on the job market and in schools are also women. As a result, the majority of applications received during recruitment are from women.

As a result, the methodology used to calculate the index cannot be applied to most of the entities in the Eurofins Medical Biology network, as the population is not sufficiently representative of the gender breakdown.
